You must check in at least 1 hour before your first game.

Registration for the 2013 Spring Shootout will be at the Rotary Soccer Park in Smyrna.

Registration will be open for team check-in during the following hours:

Friday, March 15, 2013; 4:30pm-8:00pm
Saturday, March 16, 2013; 7:00am-1:30pm

You will need to bring:

• Five (5) copies of your roster, including player jersey numbers
• Laminated player cards with pictures
• Laminated coaches cards with pictures
• Medical release forms for each player (including guest players)
• Out of state travel permission form
• Guest player permission forms

Any guest players must be listed on your roster when your team checks in.
