HOMEWORK - CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?

It is very important that you go outside with your parents to work on these drills per Coach.......

1.     Juggling

2.      Dribbling the ball with one leg at a time (inside and outside of the foot), focus more on the weaker leg.

3.      Passing and trapping (most important part of soccer). If they can’t trap or pass the ball, it will be difficult for them to move up to a higher level.

4.      Of course, stay in shape. Run, run, run and more running.
