This is a free program for U5 – U18 recreational players and coaches registered to play this season with NRS. Players participate and coaches watch/assist mentors in a complete training sessions from beginning to end. Proper terms, skills, and techniques are demonstrated and used. Players must register on line for this program. Please notify program director of dates not attending (2 un-notified misses will result in being unreg). Mentors are assigned based on how many players are registered to attend. Space is limited

Location	RSP, Field C (close to concession stand)
Instructor	Organized by NRS VP of Player/Coaches. Groups are instructed by mentors with SRFC D3 or higher playing experience.
